We are pleased to invite you to the Wine Lands Cycling Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held at the Thirsty Scarecrow at 17:30 on Tuesday, 26 March 2026 (note the date!). We do hope that you will be able to attend.
Quorum will be verified at 17:30. Should a quorum not be present, the Constitution allows for the meeting to be adjourned and reconvened 30 minutes later, at which time the members present shall constitute a quorum.
